Lowering an 06 - I can't find a straight answer

I'm riding on stock shocks and struts, and stock mounts same springs. No popping when I turn, shocks aren't blown out, and it rides stiff, but not horrible or bouncy by any means

30k miles, less on the strut mounts. they were warrantied for popping by the previous owner at 10k miles lol

The stock dampers usually fail early, after awhile. Probably depends how low you go, too.
For the fronts though, it's far easier doing them at the same time, but once you put the shorter springs in, it's pretty easy to do later as well. The rear shocks, easy easy easy, whenever you decide to do them.

yeah it took me an hour and a half to do front and rear in my garage. it's easy
