was there aswell! Was the saleen fox the one that kept backfiring right after the 1/8?

Also there was a guy runing a GB 2011-2012 with a revolution tune,O/R x, mufflers and intake with dr's going 11.4'-11.3's @ 119-120+mph..
I dont think it was backfiring but then again I was up at the water box, we think the blower belt was slipping, so a back fire is possible, it should have been trapping 125-127 but it consistently trapped 123 all night. and yes that GB tuned by Revolution runs on Friday's often, I love that car!

11.95 @ 117? Did he have at least an intake? Lol. If not that's crazyyyy.
bone stock A6 base car with 3.15's with a Bama tune and gt500 axlebacks, stock airbox. Im sure this car is one of those cars they always talk about that gets built mid week and just runs balls out, but I always wrote that off as a myth.........

Good post. Some are familiar that I had TONS of problems when I got my car dynotuned this past spring with the HR cams and other shit. I had enough of the email delays and ended up paying the $150 for unlimited tunes. I currently run the AM tune for my cams and it runs much better than the Dyno tune. I will be using them again to tune for when I pull the cams and just leave it with the LT's until I decide on a power adder. Great people to help when it comes to this shit and Mike Wilson has done nothing to help when it came to getting my 4 revisions right.

Not sure on the Manifold!

If it's stock manifold, that's awesome. Even with a boss mani that's awesome lol.

Ok, thanks guys! I was just curious. I'll PM KenB when I'm ready!:highfive:

Or you could just create a support ticket on their site. I'm 95% sure that's what Ken will say to do lol. lundracing.com

The 374 was with C&l CAI,axelbacks and 93 octane.

Oh gotcha. What kind of dyno?

Just saw your post. You posted right before my last post lol. Glad you had good experience with them. Curious by your last sentence though. Mike has done nothing to help?

the GB that he is talking about with the Revolution tune runs a stock 5.0 intake with a JLT cai

That's pretty awesome.

Nice write up, you really can't beat bama on the tune value they provide.
I've tryed 5 other email tuners in 4 years and bama has always run best for me.
They have great customer service and fast turn around.

You would expect a company that does so many tunes to be "too busy for you" but they call me the very next day I put in a request for a change (free tunes for life) and email me a new file in like and hour.

My bama race tuned has ALWAYS trapped 1.5mph higher in the 8th and 1/4 than any of the other 4 tuners I have tryed.

I don't even know how any one could bash 3 tunes from one of the best tuners for $150 with a warranty and free updates FOR LIFE, really? that shit is stupid nutty lol

Sorry you were unhappy with the service. No one should have to bump up a ticket or ask again for their order, but things are extremely busy for us and sometimes things get lost in the mix or delayed.

Either way, I'm glad you are happy with your car, that's what counts.

Sorry, that did not come out right. It took 4 revisions to get it right. That's not Mike's fault, just my car being a pain in the ass. He did great getting back to me with professionalism and a good tune, lol.

I agree with the OP, American Muscle is awesome. I put on the 91 Bama race tune on the 2011 5.0 the second week after picking up the car. I've raced the car at least every other week for the past 5 months and put on 10,000 miles and the car is running strong still.

What kind of times are you running? I am assuming you are racing your car at Irwindale Dragstrip?
