Ok, anyone that knows me understands that I am all about go and not about show. I am not a chrome flashy type of person. However, this SEMA deal and trying to please all of my sponsors has been exhausting to say the least. This isn't a 100% done deal yet because the cost is very expensive and the sponsors haven't agreed on the expense split.

So, here is what they want the car to look like not only at SEMA, but during the 2014 race season. I have already met with the two racing organizations that I will be competing in and they approved it too. I also met with a couple of car Magazines and they said that they would feature the car in this configuration.

I want some real, no BS feedback from everyone. Keep in mind, my car is an 08 with a stock front bumper, has black wheels, and a carbon fiber wing. Normally this certainly isn't my style so I'm reaching to the S197 crowd for some feedback. Remember, this is a race car not a street car. However, I bet I get more attention while driving it on the street. To the sponsors, it's all about exposure. To me, it's all about winning races so I could careless about having a wrap or not. I like the layout, I just can't wrap my head around the chrome.

my opinion isn't worth anything but I hate that chrome. its a hardcore race car and should look like a race car not a rappers street ride but if someone else is kicking money in then I might do shit I don't want to.

Not digging the chrome and I agree with ditching the pimp purple on the front wheels and brakes.

Meh. Not my style. Plus wouldn't the chrome have some major reflection issues on track? I'm just thinking in the sun it would almost be blinding to you and other drivers at certain angles.

Chrome def catches the eye so in that regards, it works well to bring attention to it.

But chrome wraps at least IMO, have a certain music video rapper wanna be quality to them as well....

If the sponsors are paying for my ride, I couldn't give a shit what it looks like if I get to race. Having said that, I don't mind it and agree loose the purple. Hey, if it is sunny out, you might blind your competitors right off the track!

I would honestly see if I could do a matte white like is on the z/28. To me that is an eye catcher every time that I see it. I would grab a set if 18in wheels as those are the most common size tires I see on road racing cars maybe the Boss 302s upgrade tires in black with the open lugs. To me it seems like you really want to convey the point that you race your car and those wheels scream poser. You want to draw attention towards your sponsors but IMO the chrome while flashy and eye catching is the wrong kind of eye catching and will be a HUGE pain in the ass while racing.

Sorry for all the spelling mistakes, I'm on my phone.

My brakes calipers are silver and my wheels are black so there won't be any purple on the car. I'm not big on the chrome either but I like the rest of the graphics. I might have them change the chrome to matt white and see how it looks.

The car will be in Whiteline's booth. I will there all week wondering around. I might head over to the track one of the days and do the Richard Petty experience.

No chrome IMO.

White would be good, a bit bland, but it will show off the other graphics.

I'm guessing Whitline in the major push behind that scheme? If so how about yellow with their name in black?

Your right, they are the pushing force. Here was on of their other ideas.

Definitely the second one... I don't think racing would be much fun on the 24" rims the chrome car demands...
