How do you adjust that arm? Is it possible to do it on the car?

From the looks of it, the shaft portion is 6 sided and there is a nut on the bushing end that would be loosened, then adjust turn the shaft until you have the appropriate pinion angle and re tighten the nut.

I suppose you could adjust if off car but most (if not all) are supposed to be adjusted on car so that you can measure pinion angle while adjusting.

this arm is ussually adjusted on the car. you can start at the stock lenght and go from there.
