In the last PM he offered to pick up the car from my house, fix everything wrong with it, and drop it off to me free of charge. I was skeptical about doing that because if they could not install everything right in the first place, what says they can do it right the second time? What shop would have a desire to do work over again, if in fact they knew how to do it?
But if he says they can fix it, I'll give them one last chance. Even if it does get fixed, I still believe I was overcharged, but if they make my car look like the engine wasn't just slapped together by a 5 year old, make sure it is running right, and make sure it is tuned right (because it definitely is NOT tuned right), then I'll be happy.
If he does not want to fix it anymore, well then I'll have to go about the hard way of doing things and start with small claims court, the BBB, and the attorney generals office, all while informing the whole internet of the type of work they do.
It's sad though, for me. Every car I saw come out of that shop looked like top notch work, with the exception of my car. Why? I don't know...
