Good day everyone!
I’m looking for some information on the warriors in pink edition mustangs that came out in 2009. They’re the breast cancer edition that came out I believe 2008-9.
I’ve found very little info in them. The websites that I have found only provide limited info. And some are just bad links. That no longer are active.
I understand that they’re just trim package nothing special with power performance or ride.
theyre 6 cylinder 4L engines. Anyway if anyone has some knowledge on them I gladly appreciate it. Thank you

Yup its a Pony Package on the 2009 V6's only. Just a color package with the pink side stripes. Not many produced, last year of that bodystyle.

Is there a difference between V6 and GT seats? I had an 05 V6 with the red leather and they were the same seats as my 09 GT, just a different color (and air bags in the 09).

Yes. Red leather may have used the same seat for V6/GT but a V6 leather seat has stitching about every 4-6 inches, with the GT being every inch or so, I'll try and find some photos. The GT leather seats were way better

Ahh ok, I have seen the v6 ones like that, but didn't put the two together. My 05 V6 definitely had the GT style red leather seats.

I never liked the V6 style.

Thanks for the info. Macman45. You really know your stuff.
btw Cars like these with low production numbers, if I was to start tweaking it for more power, switching to dual exhaust and so forth. Will it kill the value of these cars?

Ehh not really. The 4.0 V6 cars are not worth very much now-a-days but are still cool. Being that your WIP is a color/trim package, as long as you leave that alone its still legit. For duel exhaust you'll need a GT bumper that has two cutouts, and the Pink stripes were just on the hood and rockers so sure get a GT bumper in silver you'd be fine, easily reversible if anyone wanted that

They have no particularly heightened value. Just a V6 Mustang. Not a collectable. I wouldn't spend a nickle to mod a V6, but feel free to mod away.

Honestly, I'd get a clean GT and put the Warriors in Pink emblems on that.

I think the emblems are pretty damn neat, and if I had a family member or friend with breast cancer, I'd put them on my 5.0.
