Mustang Week Scam???

During Mustang Week 2008 I had some pictures taken of my car by:

I paid $55.00 for 3 shirts and 1 plaque and was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get them. Here it is nearly Nov and still haven't seen them. I have called and left several messages with no response. Did anyone else have this service done by this guy? Or have I just been scammed?

Unfortunately, I think it is a scam. I just did a search on that phone number on the site "Yellow Pages.com" and nothing came up for a business or residence. The address did not show any information either.

IMO, I would only buy that stuff if they made all that on the spot.
