My sexy lawyer noticed that niether I nor the State Trooper that issued the ticket signed it.
They have 30 days from the date of the ticket to make me sign it, so I heard. If I had gone to court and the Trooper was present he could've made me sign it right then and there. So I simply let my lawyer represent me, and it was dismissed.

This was also about 3-4 years ago. I think im safe now. I'm wiser nowadays.
We could do with more like you over here, sadly they rely too much on 'speed cameras' oops my mistake, i meant 'safety cameras' go through one and job done, there is no leeway for conditions etc that could get you a telling off and a 'slow down' from an officer, the following link lists all the devices that are in use over here...
