how about carbon fiber fenders, doors, trunk lid, hood?Well you got the hood allready

Seibons dry carbon fiber trunk is 8 pounds the stock one is 23... the pound to cost ratio isnt there for me on that.. The doors I will look into after my main plan is done. I would love to knock off 100+ lbs with carbon fiber doors lol and the hood I already have..

If you think the trunk is expensive you're gonna shit when you see the price on the doors.

I think there around $2000 right?

I know its alot but that 100+ pound savings is looking really good xD

this would be like the very last thing I bought if I did... Have to save up big time. When I went to the sema show Vaugh's drift car was there and it had the carbon fiber doors, I wanted to open one to see the differnce but none of the employees of the company were around so I couldnt ask... I didnt want to just open the door and be a prick lol I would hate that if it were my car

Because I just got my 05 a month or so ago.. that photo was taken like 3+ months back lol

Val (the owner of the other 86) was pissed that people keept getting confused and saying her 86 was "Matt's car" so we had to take a pic side by side lol... funny I havnt even seen this article yet >.< can you post a pic :D? lol

Once my S197 is done I will try and pull some strings to get a photo up in the mag :)

this is very interesting, not to mention unique, I'm curious to see how all the weight reduction adds up at the end
and I'd also like to see the interior swap you were talking about
Best of luck to you man, you're on your way:clap:
