The V6 is coming out tonight.

Worked on the motor some last night:

This is a nice lil swap!

Since it seems like you are going low budget why do all the ventalation with valve covers and AN fittings, hose's, etc. ?

I work at a shop and I get a good discount from Summit.

What's low budget about a JPC intake manifold, full fuel system and getting all my stuff ceramic coated? lol

Manifold is getting cleaned up today and sent to the coaters next week once the motors in the car. I know it looks gross right now.

With the help of al the guys, the motors almost out after 2 1/2 hours. I'll post pics when i'm done.

Taking a break, clutch lines pissing me off.

Sweet build so far, looking forward to following it! I know how it feels man, i am 21 and a full time college student, when i am not at school or studying i work. I have been on a mission to boost my car the last 3+ years of owning it. Has yet to happen.. I am no longer aiming to do it, i will do it once i am out of college and a licensed radiography tech.

Fuck ford being to lazy to anti-seize their fucking plugs. Sparkplug broke off past the threads, gonna have to pull the head.

I'll update once its all fixed.

The removal tool is cheaper then haed gaskets.

Plug was broken below threads and in the head, extractor tool was a no go. Found the only set of bolts and head gaskets in Austin, made it 1 minute before closing time. Got everything patched up and perfect. Got the motor on the cherry picker ready to drop in. Went to grab a cigarette and saw my fucking crank position sensor sitting on the table. Fuck me right. Good thing i've gotten this timing cover removal/install down to a fucking science.

Motor should be ready to drop in soon. Hoping to have it running tonight. Probably won't though, swaps are always fun.

I'll update once the motors in the car.

Need sleep and food...
