Name the sound? 2005 4.6 GT

Was considering buying this 2005 GT for a temporary car. New trans in it and sounds solid, only thing I hear is this and I can't identify it (not the injector tapping, has a rattle or something if you listen closely).

Sounds like the common ford modular tick to me. From the research I've done, it isn't that big of a deal, but if you swap out the rockers, it should stop it.

How many miles are on it? It sounds more like cam phasers to me.

Also there was a VCT update somewhere around 07 that fixed some of the noise you are hearing.
