Received mine today. I called in and ordered before I joined as member here. Great product. The oem hoses and fasteners make install so easy. Way better then one I had from another company for my G8.

I am having to add a quart of oil every 1500 miles with some very spirited driving. I hope it stops or at least slows down when the motor gets more break in miles, but I'm afraid it's not going to. Just PM'd Tucker to get on the list for one of these when they become available.

Yikes!

That is, how do you say? Oh yes, Excessive!

32oz every 1500 miles means you should be talking to the dealer. Now.

If you go to the thread link that I posted, you'll see that I have a similar amount of oil in my catch can, from 68 miles of driving, like the vid that Tucker posted. I don't think it would add up to a quart in 6800 miles of driving.

I just checked mine tonight..4600 miles not showing its low on oil at all. If youre adding a quart of oil i'd be taking it back.

Got mine last night, took me 5 minutes to put it in. No tools required. Quality design, great tubes. No skill required to connect this product. Will let you know my experiences with it.

I drove over to JLT and got one this morning, Thanks Jay! Its the best looking and easiest one to install that i have seen. I have the fuel rail covers and had to cut a hole in the cover and its a perfect fit and looks factory. Thanks to Jay for for a great product and to Doug for his awesome fabrication work which he is known for. To think some were complaining about the price and looking at other company's products, this one is by far the best!

We have 100 hoses on order from Ford.

I am looking for a few people who drive their 5.0's daily to get one and report their findings.
I only have 3 kits ready to go and can do them at a S197 discounted price of $99 shipped in return for posted pictures and results posted on the forums here and else where.

To do this please call 757 335 1940 and Lisa, Christy or myself can take your order.

If Ford takes much longer with the hoses I can do a easy direction sheet on how to cut your factory hose to get them out.
You will not believe the amout of oil you will trap!!

Let me know
Jay

At first, I was skeptical. But I'm now convinced I need this on my 5.0. Are you still needing some folks to test and send in pictures/do a review write up? Getting one for $99 would be worth it. I have to watch every penny these days to stay on budget. :thumb: If the answer is yes, just let me know what time to call Monday morning!

Frank,
we only had 3 hoses and they sold within a few hours of my post. We have 100 on order and hope to have them here very soon.

First inspection of the oil catch can revealed about 1 oz of dark oil gunk. That was after about 70 miles of normal freeway driving. Wasn't able to take a photo. I emptied it, cleaned it up and will check it again this week.

After driving to around throughout the weekend I checked it and still very little, but its working. Again great product and nice insurance policy for the engine. Jay did you get my pics I emailed to you?

We have a list started, so when the hoses come in we will go down the list in order.

To get on the list, just give us a call and put in your order. We do not charge any card until the product ships.

Please DO NOT pm, email or post here "put me down". We need all your info to put you on the list.

Thanks
Jay

My brother has an oil separator on his Cobra, I can definitely see the benefit. I think I'll be calling up for one. Easy is right up my alley!

I installed one on my 2010 GT and after about 1000 miles I checked it and I was shocked by how much nasty looking oil was in that thing.

+10000000000000000000000000000000000 to JLT great product fast shipping.
