New 05-09 Plastic Rear Mudflaps

I'm selling a brand new set of rear 05-09 Mudflaps. It appears that these use the existing holes and also come with clips for added support.

Are these J-flaps, and are they for the GT bumper or GT/CS-GT500 bumper? Hard to tell with them in the plastic?
