Ditto that question - I'm wondering the same thing, and I don't want gaps in my bottom valance by using 2013 lights on my 2012.

I'd pay to have some on the 2012 though.

Last time I checked, AM/Raxiom denied them coming to the 2010-2012 since the shape is so similar to the 2013-2014 there would be legality issues if they tried to release a product. I would hope some one comes up with some injection molded piece that can fill in the gap, or someone can create a cover to mount onto of the light to make the gap disappear.

I got mine a few days ago, but no time to install yet..

funny thing is when ups brought it here the wife thought it was the toilet seat for the new toilet I installed.. So I did want any strong man would do is wait for the wife to leave, hide the box and the next day when the seat(much smaller box) came in, I acted like I pulled it from the big box and installed it... Of course I'm sure she will notice it someday. but for today its smoooth water. woooooooo

Reverse lights are dimly lit on mine for a bit as well. Hopefully no issues arise with them. Love the way they look

OHHH SHiT!! HAHAH.. Wife just got home and didnt even notice! Its a one car garage and she goes though it all the time when leaving/coming home.. she walked up stairs and didnt say anything and I was like :

I installed them in about 20 minutes. I put the driver's side in and then took a good long look comparing the two. The fit is as good as the OE on the outside but there is a small gap on the inside but I do not think it will be a problem since it is well covered by the deck lid.

They do look great on both the silver and the yellow.

your right.. i took another look closer and the passenger side seems to have a 1/2 gap on the inside.. the driver side looks fine. seems strange..


btw.. its day 3 and she still has not noticed.. haha

she has to walk 4-5 inches by them each time going in and out.. maybe we should hold an official s197 wife spotting car part contest.. winner gets a box of eibach camber bolts I never used? what do you guys think? heheh
