New bests last night.

It was pretty hot too and humid.
I was a little anxious at the tree. Left a little too early. Raced my buddy with a 04 cobra both times. I cant compete with a car that makes 675 and 675.

Good job. Your buddies cobra should be in the 9's with that mph, but I can see its pretty lazy out of the hole, but then mph's like crazy. Looks like he passed you at the 1000' mark both times? I bet those were fun races.

Yea I keep telling him to put an Auto in that car and it will be insane. But he is stubborn, kind of like someone on this board from NY. LOL

Damn....I need to change the converter in my car. These 1.88-1.90 sixty foots are pissing me off. Then again......it doesn't break anything either.

Nice runs!!! Figure mine should be somewhere near that if I can get the converter to stall higher. I typically mph 123-126. Were those runs off the transbrake?

Yea, I would agree with a higher stall converter you could come out stronger. My first run was a 1.53 60', 6.9 at 97 at the 8th and 10.92 @ 125. All were on the transbrake.
