Thats doesn't matter, we had SLP loudmouths and an offroad X-pipe and passed emissions, the only thing they do is plug up to your comp. and check if everything that needs to be working is working so as long as your O2 sensors are working your golden.

how in the world was every thing working rite when you need to turn the o2's off if u have an o/r-x i was under the impression that if they are off that when they plug in to it they register as not working and you would not pass

i also live in hairs county and have to get inspected in like January

Honestly I couldn't even begin to come up with something, but I don't think it'd be a bad idea to plan something around a major event.
Isn't NMRA coming to Houston Raceway Park in Nov for some non-sanctioned event?
That would give us all plenty o time to get our ducks in a row.
