same boat buddy. when i first got into mine, couldn't break 12s with over 500. finally made it into the 11s but still not where i wanted it to be. im looking for my mid 10s this fall. and i wont stop till i get it. like said before, the car can do it no issue, its learning. and you dnt need high hp to learn.
