Holy shit your crazier then I thought----must be all of those hockey games when you were thrown into the boards.

Remember my car has the stock heads and cams to---where as yours obviously doesn't---I really don't see you even needing the n20--your going to be in the high 9's to 10.0's without n20 I would think. I don't think I will ever want to go that fast simply because of all the safety crap the track would require. I plan on mine staying a daily dirver. What about you---still going to be a daily driver or you going to turn it into a track car?

Yes still a DD for the most part. id say i spend about 75% of the time on the street with the car at least, maybe more

VERY IMPRESSIVE.......I too got one of these from Adam and he called me right after he pulled your car...90+ hp gain from this swap is AWESOME!!! Congrats on the new numbers....

Awesome!!

wow.... very jealous.... you ST guys have it good!! a great shop and weather that lets you go to the track year round!

Sweet! BIG kudos to Adam.

Congrats on your numbers, can't wait to see the racing video's.

Nice results Paul!
Nice to meet you at the track a couple weeks back as well. Whipple's sure do make some great HP:party:

Very impressive!

Very impressive!

great numbers paul, I hope to get on of those kits for my kb next month.

That's badass Paul!!! Looking forward to see your track times with the new setup!

Another job well done Adam!!!

Thanks everyone, I was quite pleased with the results myself and can't wait to get to the track to see what the car can do. Seeing how I turned a 10.77 already at 511 rwhp, I am thinking 10.50's should be in the bag, and hoping for 10.40's.

TONY from Larry's Transmission in Corona, CA redid the transmission a while back. He also has a supercharged 05 Mustang and knows how to make the 5speed auto survive 600 hp. I also have a multi disc PI converter.

Looks very cool Paul I'm guessing that if you can pull a 1.4x 60', you'll hit 10.4x!!

I am the slow one, go figure.
Hey, hey, hey... I'm slower than you!!! :samuri:

Congrats on the new setup, Paul. It looks killer!! We've been MIA for so long, I've lost track of how quick everyone has been going. It looks like it will be a looooong time before we even get a chance to try to catch up to you guys (if we ever do).

Since I'm not able to read all the posts here right now, drop me a PM or e-mail when you get back to the track... I want to see video. And that goes for all of you SoCal guys. I really miss hanging at the track with all of you.

We definitely all have to make it down to Barona when you are ready to return! That would be a blast!

Definitely will be taking video---matter of fact I will have video of me handing Dean, John, and Brandi defeats at the track in another couple of weeks.

Here is the latest video from Famoso:

That has to be one of the top ten sexiest engine bays in world. Very clean looking setup even if it was raining where your at. Whipples are starting drawn me toward them more and more. KB better not kickback too long. That is an amazing gain for a TB and intake.

Thanks! I'll line up against you.....for fun. I am afraid I won't be much competition for you seeing how I am hoping for 6.6X's in the 1/8th and you have already run high 6.4X's with the OLD setup.

Question... what was the A/F ratio with adams intake and nothing changed to the tune? Wouldnt it be pretty lean if your adding more air and nothing changed in the tune?

Yep, you are correct. For purposes of the test we didn't want to change anything, but if you look at the dyno sheet, the dyno graph hits 12.0 a/f. On another video (which I have not posted yet) I caught on video the boost gauge and my a/f on my aem wideband. On the wideband it started around 11.5 but momentarily hit 12.6 near the end of the dyno run. So when he adjusts the tune I would like it around 11.5 or so.

So on the dyno graph, with the stock setup the a/f looks to be 11.0, where with the new setup it looks like 12.0, a full point leaner.

So with the adjusted A/F back to a safe reading ...what will be the overall HP and TQ gain over the previous setup?
