:bigbeer: Welcome to the Asylum. And don't listen to all those damn single turbo numbnuts. You want power.....you need twins.

Went from 13.97 at 100 mph to 10.88 at 128 mph with the twins at 8 psi, 2500 converter, and drag radials. Pump gas 93 octane. Let me know if you need more info.

Again...welcome to the site!

Thats quite a drop...what are the pros and cons of twins vs single? Also, what is the purpose of the converter? I think I know what the drag radials are...tires right?!! LOL:clap:

Thanks for the info and welcome!

Two turbos will always produce more torque than an equally sized single turbo. Converter helps get the rpm's up at the starting line so I can leave under boost. On a street car it is not a necessity.

My vote is for twins also..If I was to do it all over again, I would have went twin turbo, and not a centri s/c..

The only kit I would recommend, other than the one on SD's car, is from Turbohorsepower.com. I and a few others on this forum have this kit and I don't think you can beat it for performance and price. Jim Napier is the man at THP and he is great to work with.

Like I said....complete bolt in deal. You can do it with a lift in about 7-8 hours or at home with a jack and four jackstands in 10-11 hours. Piece of cake.

Oxnard, California. Or go through Cragar.com. They are marketing the kit also and you might get a better price.
