Anyone have a 2005-2008 rule book at hand?

the NHRA website was revamped and the "Tech FAQ" section I had book marked is gone. I recall a pic of the required roll cage showing a 5pt down to 10.00 or 10.99. (???)

If anyone can take a look at their leisure and confirm I'd appreciate it.

I have the 2009 book in hand, and the drawing in it is exactly like the earlier version (see attached), except the words "or top plate welded to rocker sill" has been added after "... at least four 3/8" bolts".
