Even with the tune being slightly off and keeping the car under 4k to break it in, I deff feels much more torquey...... Kinda curious how its going to feel once everything is tuned and right on
Well, I would like to see it put down 500wt which should be around 570whpish..... I dont wanna break over 600whp though.... Dont wanna push my stock valve springs to far....he wants more than that 600+

Invest in some blower cams and upgrade the valve springs. Then go for the 600rwhp....honestly you should be okay pushing 600rwhp without floating a valve, as long as your not over RPMing the motor and shifting somewhat conservative you'll be fine.

Thanx JR, I'm not exactly sure when I'm installing all the dyno parts. I'm thinking by mid next week ill be dumping the oil out and checking for coolant, metal, or any other bad shit in there. We'll talk about that next week haha. Yo, this Saturday ill be going down to e-town for streetwars, if you were interested.....

how are you breaking in the motor? Does JDM have a way that they want you to run it? I can't wait for this to be done so I can see what it does. I'm ordering my 302E today and am running a similar SC.
Yup, I have about 500 miles on it already lol. Half way done and this Saturday, I'm going to raceway park for streetwars. That's a decent drive and I should get another 150-200 miles tacked on. I just hope when I change the oil after this break-in, all is normal and ok...
JimIII said to run valvoline ZR1 10w-30 high zinc racing oil for the first 1000 mile break-in period along with keeping the motor under 4.5k rpm and no WOT's during that. So everytime I drive it ill slowly bring the motor through all different RPM's but never exced 4.5k
