No Power To A/C Compressor Clutch

Please help, I am losing my mind. A/C doesnt work. Cycling switch was bad, so I swapped it. Forscan showing that all sensors are good and that the clutch is allowed. I am getting no power to the compressor clutch. I swapped relays and checked all fuses. I checked for continuity of the harness at pin #87 to power at the connector, and chassis ground to ground at the connector. The harness is good. If I try to jump it at pin 87, it does not close. I meggered the clutch and it is good. Refrigerant is charged. I am out of things to check. I am in desperate need of help here before I light the car on fire lol.
