I tried Plugging my xcal 2 today to switch tunes. I plugged it in as normal and followed the prompts. When I went to turn the key in to the on position my message centre said that there was an OBD II Error. It's done it to me a couple times today and can't figure out whats wrong. Anyone ever have this issue and know whats wrong with it? My car is going in for cams tomorrow so I need to get my xcal 2 working.

Thats what I am trying to do. I plug it in and follow the prompts like I always have. When I got to turn the key to the on position as instructed on my xcal2 the screen doesn't change and this OBD II error shows up in my message centre.

Do you have any aftermarket electronics on your car? I know that with the dash mounted Sirius receiver in my car, if I leave it turned on my SCT won't load properly and will blow the fuse sometimes. If I hit the power off button on the Sirius then I don't have any problems with the SCT

I don't know what caused it. I unplugged the battery and let it sit for a bit and connected everything back up and it works fine now. Car is at the shop right now getting cams installed
