Welcome to the forum Silverback. It uses the same boltholes, and as Willie pointed out, it already has a butt-load of 3M double sided body-molding tape underneath....that sucka is ON there. Was really simple to install. Remove GT wing CAREFULLY (the trunklid surface is not that stiff); what we did is that I worked the right side while my wife worked the left side, applying pressure upwards after having heated the area with a hair dryer to soften the double sided stuff. Then clean with go-b-gone, then with alcohol, to ensure a good adherance, then stick that puppy on! If you're having it paint-matched, my body-shop guy told me to wait 20 days before applying wax.
