Even on a brand new one the nuts could be loose??

So even with it being brand new the nuts could be loose or its shot one? Cause I figured it it was it I would have cleared both codes after I replaced it

You would not be the first one by far that has bought a new unit and had this issue. It is quite common.

Had the same problem it was my alternator

if you don't buy brand new Motorcraft then yes.
I bought one from Vatozone that didn't last 2 days.

Another thing you can test is the 3 wire connector that plugs into the alternator. disconnect it where it plugs into the main harness and test each of the 3 wires with a test light.
Use a test light instead of an ohmmeter, this way if only 1 or 2 strands are left on the wire the test light will not be bright.

So after buying another new alternator and a new connector for the passenger side cam position sensor and soldering it on and checking wiring I still have the stupid code it won't go away

Well as a last ditch effort to fix this thing I'm going to probably have to take it to the stealership to see if they can point me in the right direction

So after datalogging last night I notice that My car is only puttin out 13.6 volts at idles with all accessories on and sometimes depending on how long it idles will drop to 12.9 and it has a new alt and new battery

Checked all the battery cables? You're draining somewhere...may be a worn cable shorting against the frame or something.

Do not look at the voltage on your datalogger unless you have verified it against a known good voltmeter. I chased that ghost for a month before I realized that the datalogger values were incorrect.

Has anyone ever seen this code from a vacuum leak? Reason I ask is, I just did a Strange manual master cylinder on my car. Well, I forgot to cap the large vac line to the power brake booster and first start had this code back in my life. Then I capped the vac line and several starts later, nothing. Just another one of my experiences with this code. I have sldo had it from a bad connection at the CKP sensor.
