P0611 Fuel Injector Control Module Performance

Well my fucking luck... I'm thinking it's a tune related issue. I'm trying to figure out what the heck if anything what it is. Im pretty sure the module is fine because I'd have no pressure... I do notice when the key is in the on position (eng off) the fuel pressure goes up then drops down but when it's on its constant at 39-40.

What has been done to the car recently? That's a code for diesels with an injector control module, never seen a mustang have that code.

I had this code when a tune did not take properly. Car ran fine while it was on. Re-installed the tune and the code went away. I'd call it a voltage too low while flashing issue.
