Did you just primer them then spray paint? I thought about doing this myself sometime


yeah, 3 coats of each with atleast 20 minutes drying time in between coats. Also, do atleast 3 coats of clear after paint is finished. It will shine them up nicely and protect the paint. I did mine about 2 years ago in Ford Racing Blue and they still look great.

What primer did you use? Ive heard you have to use a direct to metal primer due to them being bare aluminum or they wont hold up.
