I’m working a turbo build for my 2005 4.0 Mustang and think the black plastic valve covers are ugly does anyone make an aluminum alternative???

Have them hydrodipped to whatever color/design you want.

Yes. These are the best. Unfortunately, you have to buy everything that's under the covers as well.

I'm working with a fabrication shop to get mine made of Aluminum so I'll let you know how much they'll make reproductions after I've verified the fitment of everything stock on my 2006 4.0L as I've had same problem as you I assume no one even makes the passengers side even Ford New anymore. They might b pretty costly depending on fab involved but at least I'm paying all the labor/drawings for ya! It might also be about a month or so for them to complete mine C.Rashall (Chris)
