Complete engine gasket set, not just head gaskets.
Oil pump (you NEVER want to reuse one)
(Possibly) Oil pan studs
If you are buying a short block why do you need a crank? Doesn't a "short block" come with one?

You are one lost puppy. Most of what you need can be found by using the SEARCH function. In particular, check out tmcolger's thread on his build. Tons of part numbers and information in there. Check the highlighted text below.

ok i am doing a short block replacement and i want to make sure i dont forget anything. i will get part numbers from my dealership unless someone has them available now.

1. head gaskets - included in a complete gasket kit from dealer
2. oil pan gasket - same as above
3. head bolts or arp studs - hex nuts: 256-4002; 12 pt nuts: 256-4202
4. 8 bolt crankshaft - the shortblock comes with a crankshaft
5. 2 timing chains - how many miles are on your existing chains?
6. phaser bolts - see tmcolger's thread
7. oil, anti freeze, super charger, trans - engine break in use a high zinc-content conventional motor oil.
8. 160 themostat ( try to keep car a little cooler) - there are plenty of threads here on that one as well. SEARCH
9. video for ref. - funny. Get a manual. The factory service manuals are stickied on here as well.
10. tape for all connections - duct tape, Slick. Really.

what else do i need?

Lots of research, Slick.
