Even though traction was at a premium it was fun. Don't get out much but the next couple of months it might change.

You know...If I would take it a little more serious like remove the front sway bar and loosen up the front struts and hit the track more often a 12.3 would be attainable with these 18" OE fanblade wheels. Sunday the car would hook ok off the line but second gear would just skipp through the gear because of the track temp, yeah traction was a premium if you could hook up and hold traction 1-2 gear. Normally it seems like second gear in my car pulls by far harder than any other gear.

On a side not...I couldn't find my tool to loosen the struts and shocks up, thought it was in the glove box wear I always put it. Later that day when going home and concerned I just removed averything out of the glove box and nothing still then, my son said hey it's there. The plastic bag that also has the key lug lock and info is clear on one side but the other side is black which was pointing up and flat against the bottom of the glove box. It's hell getting old.

My dad laughs at me and my kids just give me a hard time, saying some thing like "it aint like the old days huh dad".

Basic run of the mill bolt-ons.
JBA LT o/r H
UDP/CMDP/Eh20
4:10 gears
1PC DS
OE 18" wheels w/dot dr's
Steeda cai HF tube/Bama tune
Fully adjustable strip and corner carver suspension, but not that day, couldn't find the tool to adjust struts and shocks.

I was keeping busy trying to find a good launch rpm. Made a pass about every 20 minutes or so from 1pm to 3:30 pm. Hooking through second gear was a lost cause but fun. This car handles well but I felt like a rock skipping across a pond all the way through second gear but it was fun doing a little drifting at the track.
