i put in a diffrent pcm and car wont start wat do i have to do

PATS is active. You need to see a tuner or dealership.

+1^ My stealership swapped pcm's for me when mine took a sh*t...

just happened to me. I had to get the keys relearned to the PCM. got go to the dealership and you need both keys

my problem is i bought a keene bell from someone he sent me his pcm and the sct is there anyway to put his stock file back in his pcm so i can use my pcm with the sct

you can flash it back to stock, and this will unlock your sct tuner, but the tune will not work in your other PCM unless the processor code is the same in both PCM's

so wat is my best bet just have someone make me a tune for my pcm

FWIW, They did my relearn with my custom tune in the computer.
