I know its nothing much compared to what some of you guys prob win with your cars, but after refinishing my whole car myself I placed in a show! I was pretty excited. This show didnt even have classes. Everyone competed against every other car there. There were some nice ones too. The gave trophies to the top 50 of well over 100 cars. I was within the top ten pick. Made me feel as if all the hard work paid off! My repaint thread is under the pimpin it thread if anyone wants to see before pics. Here's a couple snap shots of the car at the show.

Congrats! You should learn to love your car AND it's wheels and drop your money on motor mods. The car is beautiful.

I never liked those louvers until I saw those pictures. I may have to get those instead and take off my Roush ones.

Got any pictures of the inside and how the visibility is? (also, this is the one where you remove the glass right? Do they replace it with glass or plastic or? Is it washable?

The louvers replace the quarter window completely. The visibility is awesome as well. They were very easy to install. I did it myself in about 5 minutes. I just ordered the primer and urethane with the louvers. They are made of lexan. If I ever get time Ill get ya some inside pics

Aw man, I love sonic blue! Great car, man.

I like the shot of your car (in your sig) with the rear bumper cover off. I've always thought our cars had way too much rear overhang. Too bad there's not a different rear cover that shortens that area.

Me too! I liked the way it looked, and with no rockers too! Lets get together and design one,lol

Man I really wish I could paint my own car since I dont have the money to pay someone to do it. Maybe I should just start with wet sanding her. Hmm. Great color man! I need to start working on my car alot more. Its always nice when your commended on your car for whatever reason.
