Plastic cover removal

Guys, has anyone removed these plastic covers i have in the pics attached? I removed the rubber cover and nut holding the wiper arm, but the arm won't budge. Any tips will be appreciated, thanks.

I think you need to remove the wiper arms to get the covers off. You might want to try a small pulley puller or something.

yea, gotta have a puller to get them off of there

Open your hood. There are several push pins holding the plastic covers in place.

You need a puller. I bought one on Amazon for cheap a couple years ago.
