Can anyone tell me what the fresh air line connects to coming from the rear EVAP system? Also, would the line being melted solid prevent my car from starting?

I believe it is designed to vent to the atmosphere

Is that to the fuel tank? Could it mess with the fuel delivery if it’s not equalizing to the atmosphere?

It is just a vapor vent hose

Im really trying to figure out why my car isn't starting and the only codes I have that hasn't been addressed is for the evap system but this is all I see that could be an issue.

What codes did you have? What parts have been replaced? OEM or aftermarket parts? When ypou say it wont start what is it doing? Crank but no start?

It cranks but doesn't start. I had codes for my 4 VVT solenoids so I replaced those, new O2 sensors, new canister purge valve. I still have a P0443 code though.

Have you checked basics like spark and fuel pressure?

I put new plugs and coil packs in.
I think the fuel is good, the pump starts and when I checked the rail it squirts out.

Have you checked actual fuel
Pressure with a gague?

No, I don't have a port nor a tool to check without one. That is could be the issue even if im not getting any codes related to the fuel system?

Yes, was a huge issue on the rangers a couple psi low and they would not run 4.0L I do not recall the psi needed, but on the rangers 2 - 3psi low was a no go.

Thank you @86GT351 and @ryunker, im going to get a pressure tester and doing the test today. Funny thing is that I've had a new pump just never installed it.
