I got this handled for you! So two things... first, you have a really early 2005 model, with the PCM code CDC1. Ford has since then updated to CDC3, which we use to program any CDC1 or CDC2 PCM codes that get submitted. The guy who wrote your tune must have had zoned out or something, because he programmed it as CDC1. I went ahead and re-wrote all of your files using the CDC3 PCM code, so that is going to help in leaps and bounds. It's more than likely the reason you were having problems.
Aside from that, I see that you had 3 tunes written for 91 octane. 91 Street, 91 Performance and 91 Race. I noticed you said that you loaded in the 87 octane tune. I think you might be loading "Strategy Tunes" which are "canned" tunes from SCT.
Make sure that when you go to the Program Vehicle menu, that you scroll over to Custom Tunes and hit select. Don't go to Strategy Tunes. That would have given you the option to load 87, where as custom tunes should have all said 91. 91S, 91P and 91R
I shot those new files over to your email address. I also sent over instructions on how to load these over the old files. Either way, you'll need the new files - even if you were loading Strategy Tunes instead of Custom Tunes.
Hope this helps!
