I have a twin screw blower for only one reason. I convinced my wife if any thing went wrong with it I would hook it up in the kitchen. All she would need to do is feed potatos into it and it would completely mash and whip them at the same time with no lumps and dispense the end item on eight serving plates.
Now you guys with roots blowers are more of a slice and dice variety, kind of vegomatic.
