It seems no aftermarket fuel rail on the s197s is specifically designed to fit the KB blowers. However, I do know many customers running the FORE PRECISION fuel rails with a KB.

Depends on your application. Fore does not recommend cutting the rails, but may have information from previous customers on other ways...
