i put them on my napa account then i will charge them to a fleet customer in a week or 2

i will ask the guy tomorrow for a invoice and let u know part ## if u want just use my account through ford

Question the metal hose some of u guys are running who makes those??? I would love to have that.

And rford426 whats going on with that 76mm turbo that fedex lost???

Mine came with my on3 kit, its just a 1.5" j pipe, you can get it cheap on ebay and make your own like willy did.

Stupid question got my hoses from ford i guess with the new 07 cross over the thermostat is built into that ???


FORD OEM PART # UPPER HOSE IS 7R3Z-8260-BA MY COST 23.99 LIST 42.64
FORD OEM PART # LOWER HOSE IS 7R3Z-8286-C MY COST 47.54 LIST 84.51

Yea, the t-stat is built into the crossover. They shouldve just done that from the start with 05-06, our design was retarded with the t-stat in the lower hose right in the middle of everything

Question i just installed the GT500 fuel pumps and harness
now i am install the KB BAP ,

1.question is do i still tap into the white wire on the drivers side harness??????

2. the 2 small wires that active the bap by boost i just connect them together ???

please and thank you people i need help

im not sure on doing a single on dual pumps........only time i installed a BAP was on stock pumps and wiring. i thought for gt500 pumps you would needs a dual BAP.....it has to be wired to both fuel drivers.

If your using a single bap, you need at least a 40amp model, and then you have to split the output of the bap to each fpdm wire white/red. On the gt500 setup each fpdm controls a pump so if you only hook the bap output to one fpdm, then only one pump is getting more voltage.
