Well I fired it for the first time tonight. Through straight headers to make sure the neighbors know I am here.

I still don't know where these connectors terminate. Someone please let me in on the secret if you can!

I'll plan to hook up my exhaust and run it a little while longer tomorrow. Since the headers are so loud I can't tell if I have any bad noises from the engine.

The one on the right could go to a noise suppressor. Not sure where they are on a 5.0. It could also be for the head temp sensor. The other one could be for the cmcv. Complete wild guesses. It should be fairly easy to figure out. Just take the connectors to full length and start looking at what's near them.

Yeah that's the route I have been taking so far with no results. I don't have cmcv anymore since I am supercharged. Maybe that's what these went to before? I'll seeif I can find some pictures of what those connectors looked like.

Today I hooked up the exhaust and let it run for a while. No CEL so it seems like everything is ok. After this I pulled the blower and ported it to magtch my VMP elbow. I just used a few dremel carbide bits and some sanding drums to smooth it out.

This is what it looked like before porting. It's hard to tell in the image but there is a lot of material that needs to be removed from the blower housing to hav a smooth transition to the elbow.

For anybody who is looking for that same wire, it's part of the Roush harness. It intercepts the RF filter which is on the back of the passenger side head. This is used as an accessory wire for the intercooler pump.

Do you guys have a recomendation for a oil catch can? I was running a JLT on my passenger side but my intake and blower still saw a good bit of oil.

I would just run breathers. Guaranteed not to get into the intake.
