I went ahead and ordered 10-12 splash guards. I had to do some cutting on them to make them work since im really low lol but its all good now. im going to paint the whole thing in a month or so

youre going to need 10-12 ones. youll see why but the cliffnotes to that is they connect to the lower cover and have a different bumper shape cut out.

youre car is coming along very well...dying to see it in final assembly

Thanks guys. I'm really looking forward to having the front end painted and peeling the dip off

It all happened so fast. I took the dip off stripped the front end. Sent it to body shop. Re assembled and sold it 2 days after listing it on eBay. Here is what it looked like in the end.

Dang, that thing was on point! Can't believe you sold it after all the time and work you put into it. I saw it at MW lastyear and loved it! But I did see in another thread where you got a new SG 5.0. Out with the old, in with the new, I guess? Congrats on the new ride.

I loved the car very much. and all the work I did def made it hard to let go. I work for Aston Martin Maserati of Charlotte and the company owns ford dealership. it was too good of a deal to pass up and with the new gen mustang coming out I suspect decreased values on the s197 so I figured now was a great time to make the move.

Wait, what? Sold it? What are you going to get?

I live maybe 2 minutes from that BP on Ballantyne.

I got a 2014 SG GT premium. I work out at LA fitness and I live in Ballentyne haha

Bummer, you finally had all the cosmetics dialed in and then got rid of it! Sure looks good for the next owner.
