If you don't mind my asking, where did you get those wheels and for how much? Calipers look great BTW.

They were discontinued sometime last year I think. I started searching for a set before I even had the car and eventually came up with some on an Evo forum (via daily Google searches). Anyway I paid $950 for the set, which I felt was a pretty good deal as I think they were over $400 each new for 18's.

Bling bling..

I weighed them; 49 lbs vs. 51 lbs for my stockers. Not bad. Jury's still out on the tires though..thinking I should have gotten Nitto 555's at the moment though.

I'm amazed by how much a car's overall appearance changes with a new set of wheels. Nice!

And the Brembos just look too cool.

drop it. so that it doesnt look like a 4x4. :)

I want to drive it as-is for a little while to get used to the new rubber. That way I can better evaluate how much of an improvement my other suspension mods make versus changing everything at once..

That said I probably won't go too low. Maybe drop it 1/2-3/4" in front and level out the back. I occasionally scrape as it is right now. I hate Seattle!

Thanks for the compliments everyone...

Took a mental health day today and decided to get the brakes back together and on the car. I think I've got a little air left in the system but even with a slightly soft pedal, these are a huge improvement!

Finally got some time and clear weather at the same time..coilovers and rear links went in over the course of a couple afternoons. Quick pic from last night at the car wash..more pics and install details to come.
