Question about a license plate bracket

Will this license plate bracket work on a 2013 GT with a Stillen chin spoiler? I know it says GT500 with secondary spoiler but I am assuming it should work on a GT with a chin spoiler, since the Stillen is about as low and sticks out as far as the GT500 factory chin spoiler.

If your Stillen chin spoiler uses the stock mounting holes, in theory this should work. You may find you need to use it without the spacers, or the spacers need to be shortened.

The Stillen goes right over the stock lip, the only mounting holes are in the fender/wheel wells, two screws on each side.
