There are plenty of guys here who cut good lights. It will just probably take a little seat time to get dialed in on your staging depth and when you hit the last amber. I've noticed at the two local track here, I have to stage shallow at one, and deeper on the other. Go figure.

the taller tires that come on these cars have a lil bit to do with it, too.

longer rollout = slower RT.

Are you leaving from a dead idle? Maybe your tune needs tweaked to get some of the lag out of it. Or you can also get up on the converter a little as the tree comes down. That's what I do.

Two completely different cars. So why would you think they would even be remotely close to reacting the same? Throw out anything you know about the old car and start working with your new car.

Even your signature says "traction issues". How can you hope to be consistent if you can't depend on the hook? Buy tires, damnit.

I fought the same thing for quite a while. do not "punch" the throttle, if you do that you will definitely get a slight hesitation, if you "roll: into the throttle you;ll find that the hesitation will almost comepletely go away. THe trick is finding how fast you can roll on throttle.

Sometimes if I am not concious about that, I will feel my foot actually "stomping" the pedal.

Also seat time, seat time, seat time. I go to a track every weekend mostly to work on consistant r/t's, the more you go the better you will get.

when I first started I was waiting for the 3rd amper to actually come on, no I anticipate, it makes the difference of a .170-.190 r/t and .03-.06 which isn't great, but I am seeing improvement and that is because of seat time.
