This is a IJDM Product that is used in DRL and Or Head or Foglights. This can in turn power any thing you hook up to it be as it may your foglights or a DRL you added on. The computer senses when you turn your car and sends power to power your light and when you shut off your car the computer realizes this and 15-30 seconds after shut down kills power to the lights.
