Never like the GT spoiler on my vert, so before starting a polishing and waxing session this weekend with my new Flex polisher (which is a a kick ass tool!!), decided to pull it. I used a Menzerna Micro polish first using the Flex, then put on Pinnacle Souveran carnuba wax to seal it up. Both those products just rock!!

Snapped some comparison shots this afternoon and open to input... I am leaning towards either leaving it plain or going with the V6 spoiler or ???. I also have a Foose hood that should get paint soon, so by the end of winter I can get a better look at how everything will flow. In hindsight, I should have snapped a couple with the top dropped. If the weather cooperates, maybe I get those tomorrow.

And had to throw one in of the engine bay... I have the Moroso tanks coming this week along with a Stef's air/oil seperator I picked up from Eagle Stroker!

Yeah, I totally forgot about the top. But with the weather so damn cold already (only in the mid 40s today), guess that did not help as I normally would have it down this time of year.

Excuses excuses man... :hi:

+1 on the whole statement! :beerchug2:

What is it about Alloy threads that attracts other alloy owners? I think we're the only ones like that!

We're the only ones who know when a car color defines true beauty? lol.

My Tuxedo for my wedding is going to be alloy. no BS. haha.

I think with this color you either like it or it does nothing for you.

Now that tux I will need to see!

Yup, that's true. And for sure, when the day comes, I have to post it up. lol. Hell, Kipp even had his engagement photos with his alloy! haha. But if you were to keep a spoiler on there, I'd dare say the v6.. At least with the top up. Oh, and I'll be waiting for the Top down pics!! :beerdrink:

Rain in the forecast tomorrow, so it might be Tues. before that happens.

And with the top dropped, the GT spoiler even looks more out of place. Hard to tell in these pics though:thud:

Not a problem, and wait, where's your chin spoiler in the pics?? :omfg:

Long story short... installed in Feb. and with it not being my DD, totaly forgot it was there and one of the first times I was in a parking lot, I curbed it! Not just lightly, rolled it good and cracked up the paint very bad.

So one of the other things I was doing this weekend was sanding it down to save some coins with the painter as it will be going in with the hood and a SHR fuel door very soon:beerchug2:

Damn!! Well, good to hear you're saving on getting it fixed. Best of luck with the new stuff! :beerchug2:

Thanks for input!!

Spoiler less seems to be the general consensus along with my personal preference. I need to take a long look at it with the top dropped as well before making my final decision. Then it will be off to the body shop to fill all those holes including the ugly ass satellite antenna.

I am also tempted to try a GT500 and getting one from someplace like the spoiler store on Fleabay could be a fairly inexpensive way to test one out!

Thanks for all the input!

Your car looks great minus the spoiler...This is a tough one but, I say go with a GT500 spoiler.
