This is a good thread. Lots of useful info for M90 users. For those needing more info regarding blower design and terminology :deadhorse:...
Corky Bell's supercharger book is a good read.

The guys that are monitoring blower discharge temps through data logging is this from a thermalcouple that you have inserted yourselves or is there a Roush sensor? Is it located pre or post intercooler? Thanks!

The stock sensor allows you to log, how the heck do those 285 40's work on the stock rear wheels?!!

I had/have basically the exact same build/car, but my Bullitt is black. Going over to a 1.9 TVS. 426 is stout.

Despite the nay sayers they work very well. No rubbing even with the 1" drop. Car hooks pretty well when warm. Discount said they wouldn't mount them so I took them to a little mom n pop tire shop down the street. In n out in 15 minutes. :smoke2: Thanks on the power, I'm pretty happy with her. I love black Bullitts...the rarest of them all.

Thanks, Santi. I really liked mine, unreal bang for the buck. Basically 500 hp for $3000. You can't beat that.

Mine was on the dyno multiple times, 3 different dynos even. With the stock pulley and 5 lbs of boost I was about 375hp. With the 2.49 pulley and some other mods I topped out at about 430 or 435 on a hero run.

With the TVS1900 we cranked it to about 500hp on the stock motor and then turned it up to 643 on the built motor.

430 wheel is close to 500. I prefer the tiger honaker rating system. I'm wondering with the 82mm pulley on the 1.9 if my car will be slower this year, will know soon.

That would be cool. I would love to see some pictures of your car and the engine. I want to follow your progress putting it together.

My M90 with Hot Rod cams and LT's came in at 431 to the wheel.
That was using the 2.49 pulley.

And 430 is nowhere close to 500.

430/.85 = 505, also it's called the VMP500 kit!! Right? Right...

I too can hardly believe a ring and pinion eats up 15%.

The most I ever made with my M90 was 440rwhp/450rwtq. Damn this was a screamer and an on and off switch. lol
