You didn't clear the code ? because I was told since I washed it and had the under body sprayed that may have got the sensors wet plus they was the factory o2 sensors as well.

+1 I have dual breather with vac plugs on the other side. You most likely had a vac leak from the seperator what did you use? Some of those seperators from home depot have vented caps.

hey it may not be the O2 sensors. I replaced mine and still got the lean code. The mechanic kept trying to sell me a dyno tune for $400 to fix the issue. But after doing some looking around and more study on this it could be or is a fuel injector.
Here is what I found to point the finger to this issue:

How Fuel Injectors Work
A fuel injector delivers gasoline to the combustion chamber by using an electrical solenoid valve. When the car is started, an electrical current is sent to the injector coil. This current causes the coil to form a magnet. The magnet pulls a device known as a pintle from the front of the valve, allowing gasoline to flow through.
When the current is shut off, the magnetic field ceases to exist and the pintle goes back into its resting place and blocks the flow of fuel.
Causes
Fuel restriction, regardless of the underlying cause, is the most common reason for reduced performance in a fuel injected system.According to AA1Car.com, an 8 to 10 percent restriction in fuel in just one of a car's injectors can cause a misfire.
A misfire causes unburned oxygen to force a lean reading in the oxygen sensor.
This reading will cause the other injectors to compensate by staying open too long, which will cause too rich of a fuel mixture in the other cylinders. This can be damaging to the engine in some cases.

Yes put the stock intake back on with the stock tune. Do that until you get your BBR tune

Well same here with that dam code. I did the O2 sensor, BBR tune twice and still getting that code. Got the fuel filter so that's my next step on this deal. Hope this will clear the code after installing the filter

do you think i dirty maf sensor could do it???

I would have to say no because I have already cleaned mine really good. And as soon as I drove the car the second time to code poped up. I seen on team shelby forum that others got the same code. Some said that once they did the fuel filter and O2 sensors the code went away. So hope this will work for the both of us. If you pick up the O2 sensors get ready to pay $120 of eaxh sensor.

I took it in to get the sensors done since they was not easy to get to. Give it your second time driving it for the code to come back. I went to the dealer fo my o2's because they was OEM and I was getting the correct sensors.
