I have the parts below for the 4.6l engine.

Compcams cams: 127500
Compcams springs: 26113-24. SOLD
Compcams titanium retainers: 702-24 SOLD
Livernois phaser limiters

Everything is new except for the cams. They are slightly used with about 10k miles on them. They were purchased from a member here, but I sold my car before getting around to install them.

I'm asking $575/OBO for the cams and limiters. I'll split the parts if anyone is interested in that.
