do these apply from the inside or stick on the outside of the glass?

id say outside, or the tint would make it alot harder to see

I can cut them inverted so they an be placed on the inside of glass if there's an interest... LMK

Because mine got screwed up all I am left with is the gear with the skull and crossbones, on the lower center of my rear windshield. It's like my s197forum tramp stamp haha
