Saleen/Steeda delete plates??

Are the Saleen and Steeda delete plates the same.

I'm referring to the Saleen delete plates that came on the PJ Saleen. I found some on eBay for $101.00 shipped and I need to know.

Can these be bolted on with not modifications made to them or the intake, etc...? The PJ Saleens came with stock intakes as far as I know.
